La Fortuna Bakery at 669 F Street, Williams, California.

We were looking for a quick dinner stop off of I-5 and this was pretty much the only place that looked decent between Sacramento and Redding. We dropped in for a couple burritos just as the orchard workers were all getting off their shift. It's a popular spot so it took a little longer than expected for burritos (~15min) but once we had them we were glad we picked the place. Much better than any fast food chain would have been but also not so fast.

I'm from Canada and have tried Mexican food from here to Mexico, this is top notch!
